i ve Bac + 4 years in English language ( Licence in English ) , i worked as an English teacher for 4 years , i studied at Concordia University in Montreal ,Canada , field of studies is Major English Specialization (still ongoing ) and courses ESL 207 , 208 , 209 already completed , i worked for more than 15 years in a bilingual environment with English native speakers in different fields such as customer service , help desk supervisor and dispatcher in Montreal , Canada
i m fluent in 3 languages :English ,French and Arabic
