Job Responsibilities :
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer experience.
Manage the online storefront, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and usability.
Analyze website and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing) to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer retention.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce operations, ideally with a focus on managing online storefronts.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
